As Digital Learning Designer you will be responsible for designing and creating engaging and effective digital learning solutions. Working with subject matter experts and the internal development team, you will be involved in the complete lifecycle of a digital solution: writing proposals, learning needs analysis, designing and creating creative instructional approaches and assessing the outcomes and effectiveness of the learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create engaging and effective digital solutions leveraging the best thought leadership and digital assets produced by our team.

  • Assist on bids to understand client requirements and propose digital solutions to meet and exceed their needs.

  • Work with clients and key accounts to ensure the solutions created are fit for purpose.  

Knowledge, Skill and Experience


  • Relevant multimedia, psychology or instructional design qualification at degree level

  • Experience of developing blended learning, digital learning and games based learning solutions

  • Strong knowledge of development approaches and technologies

  • Understanding of different digital learning development techniques and methodologies (formal and informal)

  • Excellent written and communication skills (for a range of purposes and audiences); ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage customer, account manager and product SME expectations

Desirable - if you don’t have these skills we’ll train you up!

  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
