Bears & Bulls: Supply chain simulation
Bring complex technical business issues to life with virtual reality (VR) simulations.
Developed with a Skema Business School, Bears & Bulls is a multiplayer VR simulation that gives participants hands-on experience of supply chain management.
The simulation creates a ‘safe space’ for managers to practise decision-making in a complex, information-rich and fast-moving environment.
Up to 16 people can collaborate in real time and explore the impact and consequences of their decisions without any risks.
Experience is understanding
Bears and Bulls is an experiential, meta-cognitive, and hands-on approach to learn about supply chain. Players come together to form teams, either in one location or while remote.
Supply chain and the bullwhip effect is all about balancing the numbers and there is only so much a spreadsheet can teach you. Bears and Bulls puts learners in the heart of the action where they feel the pressure and experience the bullwhip effect directly.
Up to 16 players in a supply chain dynamic
4 teams of 4 will work co-operativly through a realistic supply chain.
Each round will have new goals to meet and targets to aim for with players having to handle elements like inventory not controlled by their department or a bullwhip in the market that has a ripple effect through all teams.

Games can be customised for the session requirements effecting numerious elements of the gameplay.
These controls allow the trainer to tailor the experience for their players or set up more difficult scenarios on repeat sessions.
During the game Facilittors will have a admin role and be able to control certain elements of the session.
